In this high impact documentary running over two seasons on the ABC Australia, Tim played an important role in communicating the broken state of our recycling system and in bringing awareness to disposable coffee cups. Tim featured in episodes two and three of series 1 alongside host Craig Reucassel.

Tim features as one of seven ocean guardians in this 2017 blockbuster documentary. Through the eyes of Tim, viewers learn about the perils of plastic pollution and the breadth of solutions required to save our oceans. Blue continues to be screened in film festivals and community events around the world.

Tim was featured on the front page of the Dumbo Feather Climate Change special in 2017. This in-depth interview explored Tim as a person, environmentalist and philosopher, revealing a glimpse into his future goals and aspirations.

As an Ambassador for the Corona x Parley 100 Islands Protected campaign, Tim joined forces with model and activist Laura Wells and ocean photographer Craig Parry. The campaign focussed on inspiring people around the world to pledge small actions to save our oceans.

Tim’s first major presentation was a TedX talk in Newcastle in 2011. Fresh from his expedition sailing 5000km across the Great Pacific Garbage Patch, Tim presented an alarming insight into the state of the worlds oceans. This video has been viewed over 50,000 times.
